Responsibilities
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
+ Source qualified candidates using Boolean search, databases, networking, referrals, and online tools.
+ Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records.
+ Communicate with applicants regarding job opportunities, interview status, and selection outcomes.
+ Promote the organization’s brand, culture, and benefits to potential candidates.
+ Support high-volume technical recruitment and adapt to various business unit needs.
+ Collaborate with tech recruiters on high-volume requisitions.
+ Source and pipeline candidates for current and future openings.
+ Conduct candidate outreach and screening.
+ Maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma with at least 3 years of recruiting experience.
+ Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
+ Familiarity with recruiting tools such as iCIMS, Workday, or similar ATS platforms.
+ Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
+ At least 1 year of experience recruiting for technology roles preferred.
+ Experience with behavioral interviewing and assessment techniques preferred.
+ AIRS Certification is a plus.
+ Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and hiring best practices.
Work Environment
This position is based in Deerfield, IL, and follows a hybrid work model with 3 days per week onsite. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is a 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
