Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Generalist to join our team, supporting our Recruiting and Talent Sourcing functions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding the recruiting lifecycle within a large organization and executing tasks swiftly without compromising on quality. Your efforts will help us achieve our business hiring objectives across various teams within the company.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategies to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines using your understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles.Ensure accurate documentation within compliance guidelines.Adhere to proper protocol and procedures in candidate communication and engagement.Adapt to process changes efficiently.Maintain a detail-oriented approach to all tasks.Utilize applicant tracking systems effectively.Communicate proficiently between multiple parties, ensuring clarity and efficiency.Essential SkillsBilingual in English and Spanish.3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a related industry role, or a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.Experience with tracking systems and Microsoft Office products.Excellent communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsLinkedIn Certification.Experience in talent acquisition for a large technology company.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
