One of the largest tech companies based in Redmond, WA is hiring multiple REMOTE Recruiters to support the Global Talent Acquisition Team.

Job Description

This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity for a Recruiting Generalist, starting as a contract with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will support recruiting and talent sourcing efforts, executing quickly while maintaining quality to meet business hiring objectives.

ResponsibilitiesSupport recruiting and talent sourcing efforts in a large organization.Understand and execute the recruiting lifecycle effectively.Develop strategies to achieve hiring objectives under tight deadlines.Ensure accurate documentation within compliance guidelines.Adhere to proper protocols and procedures in communication and engagement with internal teams.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a recruiting or sourcing capacityExperience from a large tech organization Experience in recruiting, technical recruiting, and candidate screening.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).Proficient in Microsoft Office products.Excellent communication skills for engaging with multiple parties.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.LinkedIn Certification.Experience sourcing for a large technology company.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $45.00/hr.
