As a Recruiter for Asset & Wealth Management (AWM)you are responsible for the end to end recruitment efforts across our APAC AWM business. In this role you will focus on supporting all aspects of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management for APAC AWM, including competitive intelligence, market mapping, succession planning and confidential project work.
Job responsibilities
End to end, full lifecycle recruitment, from direct approaches, applicant management through to completionManage of a client group or multiple client groups within AWMSource qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels and manage the end to end recruitment processDemonstrate expert level of understanding of the line of business recruiting needs by participating in client meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of recruiting responsibility as well as managing hiring manager/candidate expectationsAct as Client Relations Manager (CRM) to key business group heads and provide them with required recruiting updates, strategy and metrics as requiredEnsure a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout recruitment process, share manager feedback and appropriately disposition all candidatesEducate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy and many advantages of employment, selling both the firm and the opportunityAdvise and conduct compensation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offersEstablish a rapport and partner with the appropriate stake holders for candidate development and offersUphold the firm's focus on diversityRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills
Minimum 10 Years of Private Banking Recruitment ExperienceExperience with full life cycle recruiting in a fast paced corporate environment or retained firm focused on financial serviceStrong project management experience with ability to manage complex assignments and multiple searches while delivering the highest level of client serviceExceptional judgement and problem-solving skillsInterpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with employees at all levelsInnovative, creative and results orientedAbility to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and prioritiesStrong executive presence with instant credibility and gravitas, good thinker "on your feet"Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
