ResponsibilitiesThe Activities Director will present timely activities and programs including adjustments due to weather and seasonal fluctuations; design programs that attract targeted guest population; efficiency in using hotel’s resources to publicize program information; produce effective communications that are appropriate for the audience; effectively handle guests and clients by phone. Organize quality programs targeted to meet the needs and limits of a variety of guests; assist in the evaluation of events against both participant expectations and financial objectives; respond promptly and professionally to guest comments regarding programs.
