About the role

The Recreation Agent is responsible for coordinating, promoting, and delivering recreational activities and guest experiences throughout the resort, ensuring memorable moments aligned with Four Seasons standards of luxury, service excellence, and hospitality.

What you will do

Coordinate and facilitate recreational, sports, and leisure activities for guests of all ages.

Actively promote the resort’s daily recreation program, clearly communicating schedules, activities, and experiences.

Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and personalized manner to ensure comfort, safety, and satisfaction.

Monitor recreational areas and ensure proper use of equipment in compliance with safety standards and hotel policies.

Assist with special events, group activities, and outdoor experiences.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of all recreation areas and equipment.

Report incidents, safety concerns, or maintenance needs to the appropriate department.

Follow all Four Seasons policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Consistently represent the Four Seasons brand values in all guest interactions.

What you bring

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in recreation, sports, entertainment, tourism, or guest service, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, energetic attitude.

Ability to engage guests in a professional and approachable manner.

Conversational English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Basic knowledge of safety procedures and first aid (preferred).

Strong alignment with Four Seasons values of quality, respect, and service excellence.
