Our client, a leader in educational services, is seeking a Member Service Representative to join their team. As a Member Service Representative, you will be part of the Education Department supporting the Education Team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, good communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with youth, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Member Service Representative **Location:** Dayton, OH **Pay Range:** $16/hr **Shift:** Mon-Fri 3pm-8pm **What's the Job?** + Answering the phone with logging of all calls received· Follow through on Support Service voicemails· Making appointments under direction of Case ManagerCheck clients in for appointments for Case Manager and Support Services Assistant· Referring clients to community resources· Maintain complete and accurate client records and documentation· Prepare monthly statistical report for the Support Service Office· Keep Copy Room organized, ordering items through Procurement & Property Office Assistant as needed **What's Needed?** + Strong computer skills as it relates to using technology to teach and instruct individuals. + A genuine interest in helping others to learn basic computer and photography skills. + An enthusiasm for working with youth. + Good communication skills and team collaboration skills. + Ability to assist with the After School Program and Summer Camps. **What's in it for me?
