You need to have warehouse experience and able to lift, carry, push, pull, and move boxes weighing between 10 and 100 lbs regularly without assistance. **Job Title:** Record Center Specialist/Warehouse Location: New Galilee, PA 1st shift: 7:00:AM - 03:30:PM Monday to Friday Pay: 17.75/hr **About the Role:** We are seeking dedicated and physically capable **Record Center Specialists** to join our team. This position involves frequent kneeling, squatting, reaching, and bending throughout the shift, with primary duties focused on moving, arranging, lifting, and loading storage boxes, bins, and totes. These items can weigh anywhere from 24 lbs to over 100 lbs and are handled both manually and using hand carts. **Key Responsibilities:** + Process orders and handle boxes containing files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials. + Lift, carry, push, pull, and move boxes weighing between 10 and 100 lbs regularly without assistance. + Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely, including on uneven and concrete surfaces. + Use proprietary computer systems and hand-held scanners to track orders and locate boxes. + Read and write English to accurately process incoming and outgoing orders. + Climb ladders and balance safely to access storage areas. + Load and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts. + Load boxes onto pallets and trucks both manually and using material handling aids. + Maintain safety standards by wearing protective footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 specifications with slip-resistant rating. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods. + Capable of lifting and carrying heavy boxes repeatedly throughout the day. + Able to work independently without assistance to move materials up and down inclines, stairs, and across varying surfaces. **Required Qualifications:** + Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy lifting and prolonged physical activity. + Ability to read and write English proficiently. + Experience or willingness to learn safe operation of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanning equipment. + Compliance with safety footwear standards (ASTM F2413-11 with slip-resistant rating).
