You'll work closely with our Sales and Service teams to provide accurate estimates, coordinate repairs, and deliver top-notch communication. Your expertise will help drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities:Write internal service work orders, estimates, and warranty repair ordersCoordinate with Sales and Service teams for seamless communicationProvide accurate price quotes and repair time estimatesConduct vehicle walk-around, check for recalls, and verify warranty coverageAnswer phone calls and respond to emails promptlyProcess warranty and internal repair orders with precisionUse state-of-the-art systems for estimating, dispatch, and communicationRequirements:One year of experience as a Advisor within a dealership environment.This individual must demonstrate strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required.The candidate should possess solid typing and computer skills, along with clear professional communication abilities both written and verbal to effectively interact with technicians and internal team.Strong attention to detail and accuracyFamiliarity with CDK VIS/VIL, manufacturer estimating programs, and labor time guides (an asset)
