Reconciliation, Accounts and Pricing/Static Data - Associate 2

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a reconciliation account and Pricing/Static Data Associate reporting directly to the Vice President of Operation Support. You will in charge of the reconciliation of cash and securities, creation/maintenance of accounts, and in charge of some static data / pricing controls and updates.

The team you will be joining is a part of Operational Support Department, a function that is vital to the company as it complies with regulatory requirements and ensures the correct follow-up of outstanding items.

What you will be responsible for

As a Reconciliation, accounts and Pricing/Static Data Associate, you will:

Daily reconciliation of cash/securitiesCreation/maintenance of all types of accountsEnsuring that the controls in places are executedProvide proactive support to other team members and to other sections within the departmentStrict adherence to rules, policies, laws, directives and any other obligation.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Academic background (A level +2) in Finance or equivalent or proven experience in a similar roleJunior (0 - 2 years' experience or more).Knowledge of the office package a must. Other tools used are CTC reconciliation, Simcorp, GTData and GP4.English at business level (French considered a plus)

Additional requirements

Flexibility and a “can do” attitude are prerequisites for this position. The ability to work in autonomy while reporting in a concise manner.

Work Requirement

After training period and probationary period, homeworking is possiblePreferable an early shift (07.00 – 08.00)
