Reclectic is looking for a Content & Media Intern to join us for the Summer! This intern would focus on logistics, documentation, and brand-related research to help the organization's reach, visibility, and expansion. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, strategic planning, and brand development across multiple platforms.
Role Responsibilities Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)Support the planning and execution of events, including logistics, vendor communication, guest coordination, and on-site supportHelp maintain and organize event documentation, including budgets, timelines, and post-event reportsCapture photos, videos, and other content for use in marketing and promotional materials Assist with drafting newsletters, email campaigns, blog posts, and other communication materialsMaintain brand consistency across all communications and platformsProvide general administrative support to the Reclectic team as needed Role Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with multitasking and managing multiple priorities The PerksURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
