Receptionist

Location: Parsippany, NJ (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $25 – $30 per hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract: Temporary assignment (duration to be discussed)

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments.Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct incoming calls promptly Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Administrative Support

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks as needed

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations Provide timely and accurate information to visitors and staffRequired Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
