We’re looking for a friendly, informative, and welcoming afternoon Receptionist to join our Service Support Center team in Midvale, Utah. As a Receptionist, you’ll serve a positive first impression of the Company at all times, while handling the daily responsibilities of a receptionist with efficiency and ease. The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday, 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

What you'll be doing:
+ Answer & transfer phones on a multi-line phone system in a polite, professional and efficient manner
+ Serve as the first and primary contact for our customers and guests upon arrival
+ Greet customers and guests in a polite, professional and efficient manner as they arrive
+ Comply with all security procedures for visitors
+ Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
+ Work alongside other receptionists to maintain the professionalism of the front desk
+ Maintain a safe and clean reception and lobby area, keeping areas tidy and free from debris and packages
+ Complete regular assignments from various departments, and assist with other projects and tasks on an as-needed basis
+ Responsibilities are not all-inclusive and may change based on the needs of the Company
What you need:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
+ Two years of related experience preferred
+ English fluency required
+ Professional appearance, attitude and etiquette
+ Punctual, reliable, trustworthy and responsible
+ Ability to handle multiple incoming phone lines simultaneously
+ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment; capable of moving quickly between tasks
+ Ability to stay calm and cheerful when presented with stressful or frustrating situations
+ Patience in handling multiple, and at times, difficult customer demands
+ Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
+ Self-motivated
+ Willingness to learn and to grow with the Company
