Receptionist / Lobby Ambassador

We're looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. In this role, you’ll be the first person our guests meet, so your main goal is to make everyone feel welcome and leave them with a great lasting impression. This role will be performed in the convenient location on Pujmanove Street.
 

Please note: Fluency in both Czech and English is essential for this position.


What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

Be the welcoming face of our company, greeting every guest with a warm and professional attitude.Act as the go-to person for guests and residents, helping them with their questions and making sure their needs are met.Handle guest check-in smoothly, from registration to issuing passes and giving them a quick rundown of our safety procedures.Take pride in keeping the reception area looking sharp, organized, and inviting at all times.Make sure the front desk is always covered during business hours (Monday to Friday).Juggle a variety of administrative tasks like booking meeting rooms, arranging taxis, and helping with event inductions.Work with couriers and other service providers to ensure deliveries and services run without a hitch.Be a helpful source of local knowledge for visitors, ready to offer directions or travel tips.Pitch in with general administrative duties to support the wider Facilities team.Collaborate closely with your colleagues, ensuring smooth shift handovers and being an active part of our "One Team" culture.

What You Bring to the Table (Skills and Qualifications):

You must be fluent and confident speaking and writing in both Czech and English.A genuine passion for customer service and making people feel welcome.Strong experience in a similar role is a huge advantageYou’re great at multitasking and staying organized, even when things get hectic.A clever problem-solver who can think on your feet to find solutions.You are professional, trustworthy, and know how to handle situations with discretion.A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit, you enjoy being part of a team.The ability to take initiative and manage your responsibilities without needing constant supervision.You're comfortable with common office systems and are happy to learn.
