The Ambassador serves as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, acting as a brand representative. This role focuses on delivering a high level of hospitality, service, and operational support while creating a welcoming and professional workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist employees and visitors with professionalism and warmthServe as a knowledgeable resource on building operations, amenities, and local servicesManage visitor access, issue badges, and maintain visitor logsSupport conference room reservations, catering coordination, and breakroom suppliesAnswer and route incoming callsCoordinate vendors, building maintenance, and work order requestsProvide administrative support including mail handling, data entry, and special projectsMaintain an organized and polished front desk and lobby areaSupport site safety initiatives and service-level expectations (KPIs/SLAs)Assist with new hire orientation logistics as neededQualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskTeam-oriented with the ability to work independentlyFlexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesMust be able to work 7:30am-4pm with flexibility to work later if needed for eventsBenefits: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
