In addition to our core facility and project management capabilities, our platform offers direct access to our Best-in-Class services including ESG, Security Consulting, Workplace Strategy, and Workplace Experience. **About the Role:** The Corporate Receptionist is a dual-role position responsible for supporting the daily operations of the corporate building’s facilities team and providing exceptional front desk service. This role ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **What You’ll Do:** **Front Desk Reception** •Polished professional with exceptional interpersonal and time management skills. •Responsible for answering all calls to the corporate headquarters, meet and greet corporate headquarters visitors, assure all visitors receive the safety video and security card, maintain temporary cards. •Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring accurate distribution. •Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including managing visitor logs and security badges. •Provide information, badges and assistance to visitors and employees as needed. •Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, managing conference room bookings. •Collect daily access reports. •Oversite of the maintenance of the equipment at the front desk that it is all in good working order with limited/no disruption. **Facilities Support** •Liaise with vendors and service providers and overseeing their site access in accordance client policy. •Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary and maintaining proper stock levels. •Assist in space planning and office moves, coordinating with internal departments to meet their needs. •Maintain records and documentation related to facilities management, safety warden details etc. •Oversee Dock access for our vendors with Brandywine support. •Oversite Facilities Workorders and that workorders get allocated to the appropriate team member. •Submit and resolve PO and invoices that support the client. **What You’ll Need:** •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. •High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or facilities management is a plus. •Proven experience in facilities management, office administration, or a similar role. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented attitude. •Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment. •Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. •Knowledge of health and safety regulations and basic maintenance procedures is preferred. **Working Conditions** •This position is located in Center City •This position requires sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods. •May need to lift and move office supplies and equipment occasionally. •Occasional after-hours work may be required to address urgent facilities issues. **Why CBRE** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
