**Job Title: Receptionist and Office Assistant**
**Shift:**
**Mon to Fri**
**8:00 am to 4:30 pm**
**Responsibilities**
+ Greet and assist all visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they sign in and are directed or escorted as needed.
+ Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly and courteously.
+ Manage the Executive team’s shared calendar—schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Maintain the front desk area and lobby, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and representative of our company’s brand.
+ Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries; coordinate outgoing shipments.
+ Provide administrative support to the Executive team, including document preparation, meeting setup, and occasional travel coordination.
+ Maintain the building access logs, visitor lists, and follow appropriate check-in protocols.
+ Monitor and restock office supplies and café amenities.
+ Serve as a point of contact for facility or office service-related needs tied to front office operations.
+ Assist with company events, meetings, and special projects as requested.
**Essential Skills**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ 3+ years of front desk or administrative support experience, ideally in a corporate or executive environment.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams; experience with calendar management is a must.
+ Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and high emotional intelligence.
+ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with discretion and confidentiality.
+ Customer-service mindset with a can-do attitude and a polished appearance.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

**Work Environment**
The position operates in a front desk administrative role in the new building across the street. This is a temporary role with potential for temp-to-hire. The work environment requires someone who is polished and professional.

This is a Contract position based out of AMERICAN CANYON, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
