Our client, a tech‑driven financial services firm located in Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Receptionist for a maternity leave. This position will serve from the week of March 9 through July and will operate on a fully on‑site schedule between the hours of Monday & Friday 7:00am-3:00pm and Tuesday-Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm. Compensation is $25/hr.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations including greeting guests, handling phones, signing in visitors, and supporting security proceduresReceive, sort, and distribute mail and packagesKeep kitchen and common areas tidy and stockedBrew coffee, restock supplies, maintain general office organizationRetrieve merchandise and handle miscellaneous office admin tasksEnsure the office is orderly, welcoming, and running smoothlyAct as a helpful "catch‑all" support for the team; jump in where neededProactively stay involved and visible even though front desk is somewhat isolatedUse downtime effectively and maintain high reliability
