Job Description
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the office, creating a welcoming and professional experience for employees, visitors, and clients. This role supports daily front-desk operations, administrative tasks, and office coordination while maintaining a high standard of customer service. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, and understands the importance of consistency in a front-desk role.
Responsibilities
Operate the main phone line and route calls appropriately.Greet visitors, notify employees of arrivals, and ensure a positive front-desk experience.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, snacks, and food deliveries; communicate with employees regarding received items.Maintain calendars and schedule conference rooms.Support meeting and event logistics, including letting vendors and caterers into the office, assisting with lunches, and basic event setup.Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, printing, mailing, and organizing documentation.Assist with special projects such as maintaining mailing lists or internal records.Support new employee equipment setup as needed.Maintain a professional appearance of the reception area and workspace.Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Products - Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.Strong customer service skillsExperience with front desk operationsAbility to manage emails and calendars effectivelyAdditional Skills & Qualifications

The role is onsite, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The work environment is characterized by a predictable workload and consistent expectations, with minimal overtime required. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
