Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Saturday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Greet clients and answer incoming calls in a professional mannerSchedule appointments and maintain organized client filesHandle payments, mail, and daily office correspondenceSupport accountants and tax preparers with basic administrative tasksMaintain a clean, professional front office appearance at all timesReceptionist Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious receptionist or administrative experience preferred; accounting or tax office experience a plusStrong communication, organization, and customer service skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is requiredQuickBooks and ProSeries experience strongly preferredAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client informationDependable, punctual, and professional demeanor in a client-facing roleApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
