We are working with a well-established law firm seeking a professional, confident, and highly organised Receptionist to join its Operations team. This front-of-house role is critical to the smooth running of the firm and to delivering a high standard of client care in a legal environment.
The Receptionist will work alongside the Senior Receptionist and Office Assistant, reporting to the IT & Administration Director, and will be an integral part of the Operations team.
Working Hours Reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm, with the Receptionist role operating on a rotating weekly shift pattern:
8:30am – 5:00pm9:30am – 6:00pmOccasional out-of-hours work may be required to support internal or client events. This will be agreed in advance and paid as overtime.
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 DOE with an annual review each April.
Dress Code: Smart professional attire is required at all times due to the front-of-house nature of the role.
