Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.
Responsibilities

The Receptionist provides a superior level of secretarial duties and reception services to the doctor, patients, and staff.

Qualifications

Job Requirements: 

High school diploma or GED equivalent.Higher education may be substituted for experience.1+ years’ experience in customer service.Basic to intermediate EMR knowledge.Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.Ability to multitask, can work in a fast-paced clinical environment, can engage patients, peers, and supervisors in a dedicated, comforting, respectful, and effective way, and can adapt to change.

Preferred Job Requirements:  

Associate’s degree in a related field of study.

 

 

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
