Receptionist
Job Description The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for facilitating efficient company operations through various clerical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:  • Maintain a functional and tidy reception area.  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests.  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take messages.  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.  • Order and stock office and breakroom supplies.  • Issue office key cards, parking passes, and business cards.  • Serve as a backup for other administrative assistants.  • Liaise with building management and maintain office equipment.  • Coordinate company events, restaurant reservations, and food orders.  • Arrange sympathy cards, flowers, and gifts as needed.  • Administer company gifts, memberships, and subscriptions. Skills and Requirements Requirements:  • High school diploma or equivalent  • At least one year of clerical support experience  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred: • Bachelor's degree  • Two or more years of related experience  • Bilingual in Japanese (native level) and English (business level)
