Receptionist
Job Description
The Receptionist serves as the welcoming face of the office, ensuring a positive experience for visitors and team members. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing office access, answering and directing calls, and supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.Manage office access and ensure security protocols are followed.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner.Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and managing office supplies.Essential Skills

This position is on-site, 10 am to 6 pm, requiring the Receptionist to be present in the office during working hours. The role involves direct interaction with guests and team members, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Cary, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
