Our client is seeking a Receptionist to provide front-office support and ensure smooth daily operations in a professional, service-oriented environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a hospitality mindset to create a welcoming experience for employees and guests. This role is onsite in Manhattan Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist employees, visitors, and clients; maintain a professional and welcoming reception areaCoordinate conference room scheduling, catering orders, and meeting logisticsManage reception desk coverage, phone lines, and visitor security check-insOversee daily lunch program and liaise with vendors for catering and office suppliesSupport administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, and preparing materialsCollaborate with facilities and administrative teams to ensure smooth office operations

Job Requirements:

2-3+ years of experience in hospitality or office services; prior corporate experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills; professional phone etiquetteProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software quicklyService-oriented mindset with flexibility and ability to lift up to 30lbsAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Compensation/Benefits:
