About the Role:
Act as the first point of contact, greeting and assisting visitors, employees, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
Manage front-desk operations including visitor registration, badge issuance, call handling, and meeting room coordination.
Support workplace hospitality services such as meeting setup, guest assistance, and ad-hoc event coordination when required.
Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception and common front-of-house areas at all times.
Coordinate basic administrative tasks including mail handling, courier arrangements, and liaison with building management or service vendors.
About You:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or workplace support roles.
Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional, and service-oriented mindset.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple requests in a fast-paced office environment.
Confident using basic office systems and tools (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, visitor management systems).
Presentable, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating with workplace and facilities teams.
