This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building. **Responsibilities:** Provides coordination and administrative support for delivery of Workplace Services. Services include, but are not limited to: + Reception: Greet clients and vendors; assist colleagues as needed. + Phone Management: Answer main line weekdays 9am-4pm; record and follow up on messages in the services tracking system. + Coordinate and support onsite client meetings, managing visitor check-in/out, escorting clients, preparing meeting rooms and refreshments, handling food service logistics, and maintaining client buffet supplies. Provide support for visitor Wi-Fi access and support colleagues with audio/visual connections in conference rooms. + Maintain the office café by stocking drinks, snacks, and supplies to ensure availability and convenience for colleagues. + Mail and Courier Services + Document and Print Services + Office Supply Management + Performs other duties as assigned. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Basic math skills. The minimum salary for the **Receptionist** position is $21.00 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
