Our client, a reputable organization in the community support sector, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting the front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Receptionist
**Location:** Clifford, IN
**Pay Range:** $17/hour
**Shift:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform standard receptionist duties, including answering phones and greeting walk-in visitors.
+ Handle a high volume of calls and walk-ins during winter months due to EAP activity.
+ Manage intake of EAP applications: organize, scan, and file electronically.
+ Maintain building security protocols as the first line of defense.
+ Assist with administrative tasks and HR filing as needed.
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong judgment and ability to maintain safety and security standards.
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
+ Proficiency with basic office technology (scanning, electronic filing, MS Office).
+ Willingness to learn and grow into administrative and HR support responsibilities.
