Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and caring Office Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others.

Responsibilities

Handle and direct incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.Perform day-to-day office operations, including scheduling and updating records.Maintain filing systems, records management, and sensitive documentation.Utilize computer software, email, and in-house programs efficiently.Support various administrative tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

Experience as a receptionist or office administrator, or in a similar role.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Windows and MS 365 Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Front desk experienceData entry skillsAdministrative support capabilitiesClerical and secretarial skillsCustomer service orientation

Work Environment

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one Saturday required per month. The role offers an opportunity for growth within the company, as there have been admins who have advanced into higher-level office roles.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lutherville Timonium, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $30.00/hr.
