About the Role:
Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate teams, while maintaining clear communication across departments.
Coordinate messenger services, visitor access, and minor office troubleshooting (e.g., vendor or operator issues).
Support internal events and hospitality programs, including setup and coordination with relevant teams.
Maintain the presentation and functionality of the reception area, ensuring it reflects a high standard of professionalism.
Collaborate with the Workplace Experience Manager and other stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
About You:
Holds a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrates strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role, preferably in a corporate or hospitality setting.
Fluent in English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate confidently with multinational clients and internal teams.
Proactive and resourceful — able to anticipate needs, take initiative, and manage tasks independently.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other basic office tools.
Professional, well-organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
