Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the HR Director, who in turn reports to the Owner of the company. The selected candidate will work closely with another Administrative/Mailroom Associate, both reporting to the HR Director.
Key Responsibilities:Answer and direct incoming calls (approximately 10–20 per day)Respond to voicemails or forward messages to the appropriate managerCollect, sort, and distribute incoming mail to relevant departments and team membersPrepare outgoing mail, including applying postage and using the postage machinePrint and mail letters as neededCommunicate internally via Microsoft OutlookPerform basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Word and Outlook; occasional use of Excel may be requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook; Excel is a plus)Strong administrative and data entry skillsExcellent organizational and communication abilitiesAbility to work independently with a self-starter mindsetCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a manufacturing environment (experience is a plus, but not required)Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
