Job Description
The receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk by answering phones, performing customer service, and executing various clerical duties as assigned. This position involves greeting customers, directing them to service areas, coffee stations, restrooms, or seating areas, and contacting salespersons for customer assistance. Additionally, the receptionist is responsible for ordering necessary supplies upon authorization and maintaining a cheerful and professional demeanor toward both customers and colleagues.

The work schedule includes Monday to Friday from 2:50 pm to 8 pm, Saturday with mandatory shifts from 7:50 am to 2 pm or 1:50 pm to 8 pm, and two mandatory Sundays a month with shifts from 10 am to 3 pm or 2 pm to 7 pm. Training will be conducted for five days during daytime hours and three days closing with another team member. The work environment is dynamic and offers opportunities for growth within the company.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
