We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, performing customer service, and various clerical duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the dealership. This role requires maintaining the Front Desk Reception, greeting and directing customers, ordering necessary supplies, and maintaining a cheerful demeanor towards both customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
+ Answer and direct incoming telephone communications.
+ Maintain the Front Desk Reception area.
+ Greet customers and direct them to service areas, coffee, restrooms, or seating areas.
+ Contact salespersons for customer inquiries.
+ Order necessary supplies when authorized by managers.
+ Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Proven customer service experience.
+ Outgoing personality.
+ Ability to multitask.
+ Administrative support skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Microsoft Office.
+ Receptionist and retail experience.
+ Nice to have: Outlook experience.
+ Background in foodservice is advantageous.
Work Environment
The work environment is dynamic, located in NE Salem. The dealership includes various brands such as Toyota, Subaru, Chevrolet, and Nissan. The position requires working Monday to Friday from 2:50 PM to 8 PM, Saturdays are mandatory with shifts from either 7:50 AM to 2 PM or 1:50 PM to 8 PM. Sundays are mandatory twice a month with shifts from 10 AM to 3 PM or 2 PM to 7 PM. Training will be provided, including five days with the Receptionist Assistant Manager during the day and three days closing with another team member.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
