Job Description
This position is responsible for managing office facilities on behalf of client, meeting their desired objectives, and operating efficiently and effectively. Activities include minimizing operating costs; supervising external vendors; and fostering tenant relationships.To ensure that client office is safe, clean, and operating smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Activities include maintaining safety and aesthetic standards of facilities, and optimizing facilities-specific equipment, spaces, and processes.Responsible for maintaining facilities in a clean and order condition.Maintaining grounds, including gardening and the general repair and maintenance of those grounds.Responsible for the reliable operation of the client organization's buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment.Conducting preventative and reparative maintenance of client facilities, machinery, and equipmentOverseeing work related to electric maintenance, mechanics, hydraulics, substituting, changing, cleaning, repairing and installing pieces and equipmentResponsible for overseeing the safety and security of employees, visitors, and property at client locations.Conducting loss prevention assessments, including identifying and characterizing potential risksOverseeing and conducting security activities, including controlling entry and exit to the organization's premises and safeguarding facilities, equipment.Responsible for providing administrative and reception services:Producing documents and routine reportsCollecting, recording, sorting, and filing informationArranging appointments and booking travelCompleting basic data entry and analysisManaging reception and greeting visitorsINCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
