You will ensure products meet tolerance standards and maintain the highest quality by utilizing your skills in measurement and blueprint reading. **Responsibilities** + Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product adherence to tolerance standards. + Utilize calipers, micrometers, and gauges for precise measurements. + Read and interpret blueprints to verify product specifications. + Apply basic shop mathematics and statistics for inspection processes. + Use MRP/MRB database systems for documentation and reporting. + Adhere to AS9100 standards to maintain quality assurance. + Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout all inspection tasks. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Basic understanding of shop mathematics and statistics. + Experience with MRP/MRB database systems. + Familiarity with AS9100 standards. + Strong attention to detail and quality assurance focus. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Delegated Manufacturing Inspection Representative certification. + Expertise in inventory control and quality assurance. + Proficient in MS Office Suite and Excel data entry. + Excellent documentation and communication skills. **Why Work Here?** Working with us offers you the opportunity to be part of a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment.
