Receiving Inspector
**Job Title: Receiving Inspector** Job Description As a Receiving Inspector, you will be responsible for reviewing documentation for new, revised, custom, and foreign products to ensure complete official records necessary for the manufacturing of medical products. You will work in coordination with the Engineering team to prepare and manage product documentation using required systems such as PLM, ERP, and UDI databases. Responsibilities + Review documentation for new, revised, custom, and foreign products. + Prepare new and revised product DMR and MM configurations and documentation. + Manage ECOs, Production ECOs/ECRs, Sustaining Change ECOs/ECRs, and DMR review. + Review DMR-related documents and attachment files for creation or changes. + Standardize format, proofread for errors or clarity, and verify configuration. + Submit documents for approval signatures and coordinate corrections. + Update appropriate personnel on open projects as required. + Assist in formalizing documentation and maintain quality system controls. + Support incoming inspection, regulatory inspections, and audits as needed. Essential Skills + 2+ years' experience in document control and quality control within the medical device industry. + Proficiency in Grand Avenue Software. + Experience with document management, quality assurance, and SAP/ERP systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Self-starter with a good work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft programs. + Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to analyze details and perform structured decision-making. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
