In this role, you’ll support shipping and receiving operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure lab supply replenishment. You’ll play a key role in helping the department meet performance goals while following safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires initiative, organization, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesReceive materials and verify correctness of shipments against documentationRecord all incoming shipment records using SAP, MES, and department share folderResolve shipping issues independently or contact shippers as neededManage lab coat scanning, replacement, and barcode trackingReplenish daily lab supplies and maintain stock levelsSupport team members and supervisors to achieve department goalsReport incidents promptly to supervisor/managerPerform other duties as assigned to support department successQualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Logistics preferredExperience in warehousing, inventory, shipping, or receiving preferredBasic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with SAP and MES systems is a plusMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical workloadBilingual English/Spanish preferred; Mandarin Chinese is a plusOSHA-approved forklift certification is a plusBenefits and PerksPay Rate: $17.00-$19.00 per hourMedical Benefits including dental, vision, and 401KPaid Holidays and weekly payOn-the-job training and opportunity for career growthYour New OrganizationJoin a respected and forward-thinking manufacturing company located in Houston Tx.
