Our client in Ontario ca is seeking a Receiving Clerk/Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator/Receiving Clerk you will be part of the Shipping department.

Warehouse Receiving Clerk (Receiver)
**Job Summary**
The Warehouse Receiving Clerk is responsible for accurately managing the receipt and shipment of products, materials, and supplies in a warehouse environment. This role involves packaging items,printing labels, weighing shipments, determining appropriate postage, and maintaining accurate
inventory records. The clerk must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and capable of collaborating across departments to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
+ Forklift certified (preferred) SITDOWN .
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
+ Intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, shipping/receiving software, inventory systems).
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Previous shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse environment.
+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and squat for extended periods.
+ Experience in inventory management and organization.
+ Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE.
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
• Understand outbound orders and adapt to unexpected changes in schedules.
• Inspect quality of outbound merchandise and compare against purchase orders.
• Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
• Coordinate materials sampling and testing as required.
• Promptly unload trucks and deliveries, sort and stock materials.
• Ensure all shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and meet DOT standards
• Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of shipments, inventory counts, and warehouse movements.
• Prepare shipping labels, weigh packages, and determine appropriate shipping methods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and member-ready warehouse area.
• Communicate unsafe conditions, acts, or injuries immediately to the Operations Manager.
• Collaborate and communicate with logistics technicians, vendors, freight drivers, and internal teams.
