**Job Title: Receiving Clerk** Job Description Join our team as a Receiving Clerk, where you'll play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our receiving dock. You'll be responsible for tracking and labeling incoming inventory using various systems, ensuring accuracy in every detail. This position involves frequent interaction with drivers to provide excellent customer service, as well as scanning QR codes and reading barcodes to ensure precise tagging of products. Responsibilities + Track and label incoming inventory using Microsoft Office, SAP systems, and order tracking systems. + Interact with drivers to provide top-notch customer service during unloading. + Check and tag inventory accurately by scanning QR codes and reading barcodes. + Fill out necessary paperwork for parts tracking. + Ensure data entry accuracy into various tracking systems. + Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and control. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with computer data entry. + Experience in inventory tracking and creating labels. + Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP, and RF scanners. + Attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Prior experience in a receiving or inventory position is preferred. + Experience working in SAP or similar systems is a plus. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various tasks. The team consists of 15 members within a larger group of about 100 employees. Safety is a priority, requiring steel-toed shoes, work pants, a bump cap, a high-visibility vest, and safety glasses. Enjoy a 10-minute break every 2 hours and a paid lunch break. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Decatur, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
