Job Title: Receiving Call Tag/Return Associate
Job Description

This position ensures that all orders are accurately picked, run through the quality assurance process, packaged, and shipped. It plays a crucial role in assuring that orders have been accurately fulfilled before boxes are shipped out.

ResponsibilitiesReview packing slips and compare package contents to ensure accuracy.Report any anomalies and pull inaccurate packages out of production.Assist in final packaging once the shipment has been QA'd if shipping needs additional assistance.Review pack lists to ensure that contents of each order are properly included in each package.Weigh, count, and visually inspect materials, verifying part numbers on supplies, materials, and equipment for accuracy.Determine the appropriate conveyor system by scanning packages, reading labels and charts, verifying numbers, and sorting packages accordingly.Pack boxes using various shipping materials, ensuring proper labeling and postage is included with each shipment.Maintain the levels of shipping materials and notify the appropriate party when supplies are low.Manage packaging inventory, including boxing up and sealing materials to be sent.Utilize an online exceptions management system to communicate with clients.Collaborate with other fulfillment departments to ensure all eligible packages are able to be sent out.Essential Skills1 year of experience working in a quality inspection department for any electronics company.1 year shipping experience.Proficiency in using an RF Scanner.Experience with quality assurance, cycle counts, order entry, and Microsoft Excel.Strong computer skills, including Excel data entry.Experience with shipping and receiving, packing, filing, scanning, picking, unloading, loading, and bills of lading.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in warehouse inventory management.Experience as a Picker/Puller.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work within a facility that repairs and refurbishes ATM checkout swipe machines. The environment includes 20 employees working inside of 5 different departments, focusing on inspecting and repairing machines to return them to the stores. The work hours are from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sacramento, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
