Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. This role is essential to our daily operations, involving the selection, stocking, and receipt of materials in a fast-paced home improvement environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proficiency with inventory systems, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately select and prepare materials for internal and external useReceive, inspect, and document incoming shipmentsMaintain organized and well-stocked inventory shelvesUtilize computer systems to manage inventory and process transactionsCommunicate effectively with customers, delivery personnel, and team membersQualificationsProficiency in computer use and inventory management systemsStrong attention to detail and ability to count accuratelyEffective verbal communication and interpersonal skillsPrior experience operating a forklift is preferredCustomer service experience is a plusWork Environment
