Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. This role involves operating Hi/Lo reach trucks and handling various warehouse tasks including material handling and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating forklifts in confined spaces and possess excellent attention to detail and safety practices.

ResponsibilitiesOperate Hi/Lo reach trucks to retrieve products from heights of 2-3 floors.Pick, pack, and select products according to warehouse requirements.Load and unload freight efficiently and safely.Handle materials and inventory management using scan guns or manifests.Pack screws, bolts, and fasteners accurately.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.Adhere to safety practices and protocols when operating forklifts.Essential SkillsAt least 2 years of Hi/Lo reach truck experience.Minimum 1 year of experience as a material handler.Proficiency in operating forklifts in confined spaces.Ability to lift up to 50lbs.Knowledge of safety practices when operating Hi/Lo forklifts.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Experience in inventory management using scan guns or manifests.Excellent attendance record.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The warehouse is a newer facility that is clean and well-maintained. The role involves operating reach trucks about 40-60% of the time, with the remainder spent on other tasks. The environment requires safe operation of equipment in close quarters.

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 3 pm to 11:30 pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr.
