**Job Title: Receiving Call Tag/Return Associate** **Job Description** As a Receiving Call Tag/Return Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all orders are accurately picked, run through the quality assurance process, packaged, and shipped. You will be responsible for assuring that orders have been accurately fulfilled before the boxes are shipped out, reviewing packing slips, and comparing package contents to ensure accuracy. **Responsibilities** + Review pack lists to ensure the contents of each order are properly included in each package. + Weigh, count, and visually inspect materials, verifying part numbers on supplies, material, and equipment. + Determine the appropriate conveyor system by scanning packages, reading labels and charts, verifying numbers, and sorting packages accordingly. + Pack boxes using various shipping materials and ensure proper labeling and postage are included with each shipment. + Maintain levels of shipping materials and notify the appropriate party when supplies are low. + Manage packaging inventory, including boxing up and sealing materials to be sent. + Utilize an online exceptions management system to communicate with clients. + Collaborate with other fulfillment departments to ensure all eligible packages are able to be sent out. **Essential Skills** + Warehouse inventory management + Packaging expertise + RF Scanner proficiency + Quality assurance processes + Cycle counts + Order entry + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel + Shipping and receiving knowledge + Packing skills + Filing + Scanning and picking + Unloading and loading + Computer skills + Bills of lading management **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1 year of experience working in a quality inspection department for any electronics company. + 1 year of shipping experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where collaboration and precision are at the core of operations.
