**Job Title: Receiving Associate** **Job Description** As a Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for receiving parts shipped to the facility, reviewing pack slips, confirming part counts, and identifying parts properly. You will systematically receive parts using a computer, advise those who ordered parts of their arrival and location, and handle packing and kitting tasks. Additionally, you will store parts produced by the prototype shop team with attention to detail and systematically locate them for later retrieval. You will also process parts leaving the facility with proper documentation and operate a forklift to store parts in storage racks. This role involves gathering finished products from production stations and moving them to the next area of processing, utilizing the AS400 system for documentation. **Responsibilities** + Receive and review pack slips for parts shipped to the facility. + Confirm part counts and identify parts properly. + Systematically receive parts using a computer and notify relevant personnel of their arrival and location. + Handle packing and kitting tasks. + Store parts produced by the prototype shop team with attention to detail. + Process parts leaving the facility with proper documentation. + Operate a stand-up forklift to store parts in storage racks. + Gather finished products from production stations and move them to the next area of processing. + Use the AS400 system for documentation and part management. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year experience operating a forklift, specifically stand-up forklifts. + 1+ year experience with receiving/inventory control systems. + Proficiency in inventory management using RF scanners. + Ability to load and unload shipments efficiently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to operate a stand-up forklift is critical. + Proficiency in computer literacy and MS Office. + Experience with AS400 system is preferred. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a first shift schedule with potential for growth and development. Dependability is vital, and the role involves operating equipment and ensuring accurate documentation. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of New Holland, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
