Join our team as a Receiving Associate, where you will play a crucial role in handling merchandise for an aerospace company. You will work with purchase orders, load and off-load trucks, and manage inventory using advanced systems.
ResponsibilitiesHandle merchandise for an aerospace company.Work with purchase orders when selecting orders.Load and off-load trucks using a sitdown forklift.Manage and reconcile inventory using Magaya ERP system.Operate a sitdown forklift effectively.Communicate via email both externally and internally.Essential SkillsBilingual proficiency.Experience in shipping and receiving.Proficiency with ERP systems, including Magaya.Inventory control capabilities.Ability to operate a sitdown forklift.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with SAP.Experience in freight management.Experience with CVP/TSA audit preferred.STA # preferred.Why Work Here?
Once you are onboarded to a permanent position, you will receive a paid half-hour lunch. Additionally, a raise is provided upon conversion to a permanent role. The company offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.
Work Environment
The role operates in an open bay warehouse from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. However, you must reside in the Hialeah area, as you may be on call until 9 PM depending on freight release. The position includes a one-hour lunch break.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
