Job Title: Recall Program Manager Job Description As a Recall Program Manager, you will hold a pivotal role within the purchasing organization, spearheading commercial negotiations for programs and managing material costs associated with Recall Programs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process and cost improvements, support supplier management strategies, and ensure compliance with standards. Responsibilities + Lead commercial negotiations for Recall Programs. + Support critical supply issues and manage material costs. + Execute timely Recall launch plans. + Identify cost reduction opportunities and mitigate supplier cost uplift requests. + Drive service supply improvements. + Ensure superior delivery performance from the supply base. + Support adherence to supplier quality process requirements. + Execute timely new part sourcing and lead supplier management and engagement. + Collaborate with various departments to align process improvements with company objectives. + Monitor supplier shipping plans to identify delivery opportunities. Essential Skills + Bachelor’s degree. + 3+ years of purchasing or related experience. + Established track record of managing complex programs. + Excellent project management skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Critical thinking skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with ERP, SAP, and MRP systems. + Ability to multitask in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
