The Skilled Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring highly skilled candidates for technical roles within the manufacturing solutions sector. Drives all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process while providing exceptional experience and service to our candidates and clients This position requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, technical acumen, and the ability to identify and attract top-tier talent. Making an Impact • Source Candidates: Employ advanced sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, including leveraging professional networks, social media platforms, and industry-specific events. • Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct comprehensive screenings and technical interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing requirements and provide strategic recruitment guidance. • Manage Client Orders: Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded in managing client orders. • Coordinate Candidate Placement: Oversee candidate placement, ensuring all onboarding and pre-employment requirements are fulfilled. • Maintain Candidate Database: Develop and maintain a robust database of qualified candidates for current and future technical openings. • Associate Care: Ensure seamless handoff to the local market teams to provide associate care for the candidate, helping to fostering loyalty and creating future talent for Manpower opportunities. • Placement Recruiter: Specialty Recruiter • Talent Care Owner: Local Recruiter Sharing Expertise • Client Advisory: Advise clients on their technical talent needs and recruitment strategies by utilizing market and rate intelligence. • Industry Knowledge Application: Apply deep industry knowledge to exceed client expectations and expand influence within the client portfolio, enhancing revenue opportunities. • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure satisfaction with the recruitment process. • Specialization Strategy: Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on continuing to grow our technical specialization opportunities based on market outreach. Gaining Exposure • Client Consultation: Consult with clients on talent challenges and educate them on the impact of market or workforce trends on their business. • Candidate Engagement: Assess candidate motivations and aspirations, enticing them to consider and accept job opportunities, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. • Industry Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the manufacturing solutions industry to effectively evaluate candidates. • Employer Brand Promotion: Actively promote the Manpower's brand and values to attract top technical talent. Your Typical Day • Candidate Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing: Engage in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical roles. • Job Launch and Interview Prep: Schedule, prepare for, and participate in job launch and interview preparation calls. • Internal & External Stakeholder Engagement: Ongoing interactions with markets and client owners as they work with you to fulfill order demand and expand opportunities • Social Media Branding: Proficient in using various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) for recruitment purposes. Ability to design visually appealing and engaging content. • Social Media Networking: Build and maintain strong professional connections, networking with clients, internal employees, and potential job seekers. Engage in LinkedIn professional groups for personal and business development growth.
