**Job Title: Rebar Fabricator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled rebar fabricator to join our team for a long-term position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial environments such as construction or general labor, with proficiency in handling various hand and power tools. **Responsibilities** + Fabricate rebar in accordance with specifications and blueprints. + Utilize hand tools and overhead cranes in daily tasks. + Collaborate effectively in a team-centric environment. + Maintain safety standards and participate in daily 'stretch and flex' meetings. + Adapt to the workload and production goals, which may require flexible shift hours. **Essential Skills** + Previous experience in construction or as a general laborer. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs semi-consistently. + Experience working with rebar and ironwork. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of blueprints and overhead crane operation. + Ability to thrive in a team environment. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, and a 401k plan with matching contributions. The team-centric atmosphere ensures tasks are completed collaboratively. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:30am to 3:00pm, with two 30-minute paid breaks. Initially, employees undergo a phased onboarding process to acclimate to the role, starting with shorter workweeks and gradually increasing hours until reaching the standard schedule. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boise, Idaho. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
