The Real Estate Strategy & Analytics Associate works with the client and account team to ensure that proper measures are being taken to efficiently monitor the client data and portfolio. This role also serves as a support function to the client on special projects which will require in depth knowledge of the portfolio, attention to detail, well skilled in data visualization and the ability to coordinate many moving parts. The following responsibilities are some examples of what can be expected of this role:• Gather and assemble data, using analytical and quantitative methods to analyze performance, identify problems, and develop recommendations that support the client and team goals.
• Provide analytical support, report writing, organization and management, PowerPoint presentations.
• Monthly and Quarterly Reporting that uses client and internal account databases, encompassing lease data, transaction updates, etc.
• Using various tools, including Power BI, continually update and enhance dashboard reporting to account and client teams with relevant data for Portfolio Statistics, including transaction timing, breakdowns by region, business unit and other data points
• Candidate should be skilled at creating professional and visually pleasing dashboards and presentation content.
• Collaborate with all team members from brainstorming ideas to final recommendations (strong aptitude for ideation)
• Benchmarking Reporting/Dashboard that can include Changes to the portfolio, Increases or Decreases to transaction performance
• Provide client interface to present findings and recommendations to the client.
• Support goals and objectives by anticipating client needs and crafting new ideas/reporting/presentations to meet those needs.

Reports to Senior Director, Enterprise Solutions and Strategic InitiativesExperience:
University Degree and/or College Diploma5 years of data and analytics experience requiredExceptional knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, or other database systems requiredProficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerpointReal Estate experience preferableCompetencies

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
