Position OverviewThe firm is looking for a Real Estate & Transactional Finance Paralegal to support Principals and Associates in a fast-paced, high-profile practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with commercial real estate and transactional finance matters and be comfortable interacting directly with attorneys and clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys on commercial real estate and transactional finance mattersDraft, review, and revise transaction documentsAssist with loan documents, title and survey review, and loan closingsReview closing documents for accuracy and completenessManage post-closing matters, including document delivery, recording confirmation, and collection of outstanding itemsCoordinate with attorneys, clients, and third-party professionalsMaintain organization and accuracy in a high-pressure environment
Required QualificationsPrior large or mid-size law firm experience strongly preferredDemonstrated experience in Real Estate and/or Transactional FinanceStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple deadlines and prioritiesHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
Preferred:Bachelor’s degree (experience in lieu of degree considered)Paralegal certificateExperience with document management systems (NetDocuments a plus)Experience with SimplyAgree or similar closing/signature platforms
